Why doesn't my tracking number work?
If your order was sent via one of our domestic (US) shipping options or international Standard Shipping with tracking, Express or Expedited shipping, there will be a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. To track, simply click on the link in your email and it'll connect you to a website for tracking. If the site doesn't have any information under your tracking number, it's likely because your order just shipped. Shipping services take about 24-72 hours to update tracking information. Check back later today or tomorrow and the tracking details should be updated.
