How do I look up my order number?
Your order number will be in the subject line of your confirmation email. It’ll look something like this…
Threadless Discover Order #7844839 has been submitted
If you’re not seeing it in your inbox, try checking to see if it went to your spam folder. Search the words “Threadless” or “Discover” - more often than not, it’ll be in there! If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email, go to the Order Status page to pull up your order information. Enter the name on the order and the first four and last four digits of the credit card used to place the order to look up your order information. Enter the numbers as shown below without any extra spaces:
Card Number
1111 2222 3333 4444
First Four and Last Four Digits
Box 1, enter: 1111
Box 2, enter: 4444
If you have an American Express card, you will need to enter the first 4 and last 3 digits like this:
Box 1, enter: 1111
Box 2, enter: 444
