Can you ship separate orders together?
Unfortunately we're unable to combine orders. Each order placed will be sent separately. If you'd like separate orders to be shipped together, contact our Help team to cancel your orders so you can place your order again. Depending on demand, we can't guarantee these requests, but we promise we will try our hardest. We are only be able to cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed.
However, if your orders contain a variety of products, it may be split up into multiple shipments with separate shipping charges. Different products are printed and shipped from separate locations with varying processing times. Because items are custom printed right when you order, processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days and your items will ship as soon as they are ready. Processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we're unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location with be combined into a single shipment. You'll receiving a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
