How does Postal shipping work for US orders?

Most of our postal shipments are handled through a partnership between DHL eCommerce and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How It Works

  1. Your custom order is picked up from our printing center by DHL eCommerce.
  2. DHL sorts the package and applies the necessary postage.
  3. The shipment is transported to your local post office processing center.
  4. Your local mail carrier handles the final delivery to your door.

Delivery Timelines

Typically, postal shipments arrive within 2 - 5 business days once they leave our facility. However, depending on local delivery volume or potential transit issues, it may take up to 7 - 10 business days. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our Help team for assistance.

Address Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We continue to ship to all civilian PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, DHL eCommerce does not service Army or Fleet Post Office mailboxes, so we are unable to ship to these addresses at this time. We hope to restore shipping options for our military community in the future.
