Why doesn't my tracking number work?
If your order was sent via one of our domestic (US) shipping options or international Standard Shipping with tracking, Express shipping, there will be a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. To track, simply click on the link in your email and it'll connect you to a website for tracking. If the site doesn't have any information under your tracking number, it's likely because your order just shipped. Shipping services take about 24-72 hours to update tracking information. Check back later today or tomorrow and the tracking details should be updated.
