How do I get a new password?
If you forgot your username and/or password, you can request a new one here.
Submit the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you an email with your username and new password. Once you receive the email, login and go to your account page. If you are having trouble logging in with the new information, try copy + pasting / manually entering your username and password.
Once you log in to your Threadless user account with the temporary password, go to Account in the drop down menu on the top right-side of the page under your username. Under the Account Settings tab, select Login Info. You can change your username, email address, or password on this page. Enter your current password and the new password you'd like to have. Be sure to reset the password to something you'll remember!
