Can I close my user account?

To deactivate your account, log in and visit your Account page. You will find the Deactivate Threadless User Account link located directly above your profile banner.

Accounts with Artist Shops

If you have an Artist Shop linked to your account and want to close both, please follow these steps:

  1. Unpublish your Artist Shop.
  2. Email  artist.help@threadless.com to request that your shop and account be fully deactivated.

Please keep in mind that all stats and data will be permanently lost upon cancellation. If you would rather make updates to your account settings or have feedback you would like to share, please reach out to our Help team for support. We would be sad to see you go!
