Do I keep the rights to my artwork?

Regarding artist submissions for Threadless only:

When you submit a design, you are granting Threadless and our partners a non-exclusive right to print and sell your design on any product. You maintain the rights to your artwork. You can review our current terms & conditions here.

Regarding artist submissions for Threadless partnerships:
For any designs submitted in connection with partners like Disney, Marvel, The Simpsons, etc., ownership of designs will continue to be as specified in the contracts and terms of these specific challenges. Here is a list of partners in which designs will remain on existing contractual terms:

Absolut, Adult Swim Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Arcade Fire, ASPCA, Care, Cartoon Hangover Bravest Warriors, Cartoon Network Adventure Time, Carton Network Regular Show, CBS Star Trek, Chicago Children's Museum, CSA Images, Dead Island Riptide, Disney (It's a Small World, Lion King, Mickey and Friends, Muppets, Nightmare Before Christmas, Phineas and Ferb, Pixar Monsters, Inc., Pixar Toy Story, Tron, and Villains), Dribble, Flatfoot 56, Foster the People, Fox Simpsons, Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal, Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock, Kid President, Kidrobot, Marvel (Captain America, Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, The Mighty Thor, Iron Man, Spider-man), Minecraft, Music For Relief,  Nickelodeon (The 90's Are All That, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), NPR, The Onion, Plain White T's, Recycled Paper Greetings, Robert Louis Stevenson Museum, Sesame Street, Universal The Big Lebowski, Warner Brothers The Flaming Lips, Warner Brothers Tegan and Sara, and WWF.
