How do I cancel or change my order?
Whether you need to fix a typo in your address or change your mind about a design, you can make updates as long as your order has not yet moved into the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage.
First, locate your order details using one of these methods:
- Logged-In Users: Log in and select Manage Account Settings from the menu under your username. Go to the Orders tab on the left to see your Order History.
- Guest Checkout: Use our Order status. page. You will need your order number, email address, and billing zip code exactly as they were entered at checkout.
Tip: Ensure you are using your order number from your initial confirmation email, not a shipment number. If you accidentally entered a city name or other info in the zip code field during checkout, use that same info to log in.
Check Your Order Status
Once you pull up your order, look for the status:
- Open for Changes: You can still make updates.
- Processing or Shipped: Your order is already being prepared or is on its way, and no further changes can be made.
Update Your Shipping Address
If your order is "Open for Changes," the address fields are editable. Simply update your name, street, city, or zip code and click Update to save.
Change Items or Cancel an Order
To change a specific item (like a size or design), you will need to cancel the original order and place a new one:
- Look for the blue Cancel button under your order number.
- Clicking this will cancel the order and trigger a full refund.
- Once canceled, you can immediately place a new order with the correct items.
Adding New Items
We cannot add items to an existing order once it is submitted. However, you have two options:
- Place a second order: Order the additional items separately, then contact our Help team with the new order number. We can refund the shipping cost for the second order (eligible for Postal/Standard shipping only).
- Cancel and Reorder: If your first order is still "Open for Changes," cancel it for a full refund and place a single new order containing everything you want.
