How do I look up my order number?

Your order number is included in the subject line of your confirmation email. It will look something like this: Threadless Order #7844839 has been submitted

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder and search for "Threadless" — it is often found there!

If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can view your order information on the Order Status page. To access your details, you will need to enter:

• Your Order Number
• Your Email Address
• The Billing Zip Code used for the order

Please note: You must use your Order Number (found in your initial confirmation email) and NOT your shipment number to look up your status.
