When will I be refunded for a canceled order?

Since your payment information is charged when the order is placed, you'll receive a refund if you decide to cancel your order. Refunds to Paypal, coupon codes and gift certificates are done instantly. Credit card refunds usually take a few business days to post back to your account, but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company. If you're not seeing those funds back in your account within this time period, please contact our Help Team so we can confirm the refund was processed properly. If the refund is confirmed, your card company will be able to provide you with more details about when you should expect the funds to be returned to your account.
