When will my order arrive?

All Threadless products are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order. Because of this, processing time is typically 2 - 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions. You’ll see the processing time noted at checkout and in your email confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Here are the average transit times for each shipping method:

Domestic (US) Orders

*Keep in mind, transit times are business days and don't include weekends or holidays. Postal shipping may take up to 10 business days depending on local delivery.

If your order was sent via UPS (Next Day, 2 Day, or Ground), UPS will provide an expected delivery date in the tracking information if available.

International (non-US) Orders

Additional time may be required for customs processing of international shipments.

Average transit time with DHL Globalmail Standard shipping is 4 - 8 days, plus additional processing and transit time within your country. Orders sent via our Standard shipping method typically arrive in about 2 - 3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered.
